GoExcellent AB, a newly established call centre company formed through the separation from Aditro Group, has recruited Lotta Holmqvist as HR Manager and Terje Andreassen as Chief Operation Officer. Both have extensive experience from the call centre industry which they will bring with them into the management team.
Lotta Holmqvist (aged 44) arrives from a position as HR Manager for American Express Business Travel AB. Previously she was Production Manager and HR Manager at the call centre company Teleperformance Sweden AB.
Terje Andreassen (aged 48) was previously Head of Customer Services at B2 Bredband AB, and before that in a similar position at Glocalnet AB. He also has experience from the IT industry, as a consultant in the Octa Group AB and as CEO of Datametrix AB.
In relation to this recruitment GoExcellent is carrying out an organisational change with the aim of strengthening its client-orientated strategy. By working more closely with its customers, new ways will be found to maximise the value of contracting a call centre. A modern call centre is not just about the search for efficiency and reducing costs, but to an equally high extent about creating loyal customers and developing new business opportunities.
”It is with great satisfaction that we welcome Lotta Holmqvist and Terje Andreassen to our company. We find ourselves in an intensive and exciting phase as we position ourselves as a pioneering company in our industry, which requires us to attract the best competence there is”, said Lars Nilsson, CEO, GoExcellent AB, and board member of the Swedish Call Centre Association SCCF.
