Advisors interact with customers in “multi channel”, that means e-mail, chat, phone, SMS, Facebook, Twitter and face to face. Your job is extremely important, because your effort is the key to the customers’ experience. If you like to interact, and if you are happy when helping others, you are an excellent match to working as an advisor.
Super user

Super user


A Super User is a specialist within one certain area. Super Users are supporting the advisors when something comes up, e.g. difficult questions. Normally, you start working as an advisor and some move on to become a Super User.
